Visit Ease is a free scheduling coordination tool designed to help families and friends organize hospital visits. The service allows schedule creators to set up visiting time slots and share them with potential visitors who can then book available times.

User Responsibilities

When using Visit Ease, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating schedules or booking visits
• Use the service only for lawful purposes related to coordinating hospital visits
• Respect the privacy and wishes of patients and their families
• Not misuse verification codes or attempt to access schedules without authorization
• Not abuse the service by creating excessive schedules or spam bookings

Schedule Creation and Management

• Schedule creators maintain full control over their schedules, including the ability to modify, delete, or cancel visits
• By sharing a schedule link, you authorize others to view available time slots and book visits
• Deleting a schedule permanently removes all associated data, including visitor bookings

Visitor Bookings

• Visitors must provide accurate contact information for booking purposes
• Visitors may cancel their bookings, which will notify the schedule owner if an email was provided
• Booking a visit does not guarantee hospital access - visitors must comply with hospital policies

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Visit Ease to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any laws
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to interfere with the service's operation or security

Intellectual Property

Visit Ease, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

Visit Ease is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability
